What is your cancellation policy?

On tours cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a full refund - minus a 5% credit card fee and the cost of any tickets that have been purchased. For tours cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. If you would like to reschedule a tour, this is usually possible if we are given enough notice, but we cannot guarantee the same guide. Changes made to bookings may be subject to rebooking fees to cover the cost of tickets purchased, transport, guide rescheduling and administration. In this virtual cooking class, the head chefs and Mother and Son duo of one of Rome's most highly rated Slow Food Restaurant will teach you how to make one of the most popular Roman classics, Cacio e Pepe and will share with you all the tricks and tips needed to ensure a fabulous dish every time.

In this 60 minutes experience, you will immerse yourself in a fun, hands-on activity that will teach you all you need to know to master this traditional recipe and turn it into a memorable meal.

You will also have the opportunity to virtually visit the restaurant's ancient wine cellar to choose the perfect wine to pair this dish with as you learn about some of the major archaeological discoveries.
