Church of St. Vitus

This 15th-century Gothic church was the main sanctuary for the Rosenbergs, a Bohemian noble family who ruled Cesky Krumlov for more than 400 years.

St. Vitus Church is one of the most famous landmarks in Cesky Krumlov and is located on a hill above the historic heart of the town.

It was declared in 1995 a National Monument of the Czech Republic, and it serves for religious ceremonies and occasionally as a venue for classical music concerts.
